All analytical models, algorithmic alerts, parameters, and historical analyses presented on the Platform are for educational and computational reference purposes only.

Nothing contained on our Platform constitutes an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument, cryptocurrency, or derivative contract. Any trading decisions, execution actions, or allocations of capital you make are undertaken solely at your own discretion and exclusive commercial risk.

2. Eligibility and Account Onboarding

The Platform provides computational tools designed to observe market conditions across digital assets, spot pairs, and derivative instruments. You understand and accept that:

• Past algorithmic performance, historical backtests, and quantitative simulations do not provide any guarantee or reliable indication of future market results.
• Automated execution bots and third-party broker integrations rely on external network latencies, application programming interfaces (APIs), and market liquidity beyond our operational control.
• System latency, network disruption, server downtime, exchange maintenance, or software faults may interrupt order transmission or statistical analysis. Pine Vestmere shall bear no liability for missed signals or delayed trades resulting from such occurrences.

4. Prohibited Uses

When interacting with the Platform, you agree strictly not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, extract, or scrape algorithmic parameters, proprietary scripts, or model weights powering our AI analysis.
• Introduce malicious software, trojans, bots, or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) requests against our infrastructure.
